▌Product introduction // Product introduction
JH-TB530 polymer board paper surface sizing agent is a new type of board paper product developed by our company's scientific research personnel for humid climate areas and high-grade paper requirements. This product can effectively combine with starch and endow the starch coating with good cross-linking strength. And hydrophobic performance and anti-moisture effect, little dependence on aluminum sulfate. It has the characteristics of less dosage, low cost, good effect and convenient use. This product is widely used in corrugated cardboard, whiteboard, kraft cardboard and other paper.
▌Performance characteristics // Performance characteristics 1. Significantly improve the high water resistance and ring compressive strength of corrugated, boxboard and other paper. 2. Completely replace the use of internal sizing agent without curing period, and it is not easy to return to moisture. 3. It can be used in conjunction with native starch, with little dependence on aluminum sulfate, reducing the cost of sizing. 4. It has excellent mechanical stability and produces less bubbles during operation.
▌Use method // Use method 1. Dosage: 0.5-3kg/ton of paper. 2. When using, when the gelatinized starch solution is cooled to below 75°C, the stock solution of this product is slowly added to the batching tank under stirring state and stirred evenly to apply glue on the machine; or use a metering pump to apply it on the starch. Add continuously before the melter.
