How can you customize products for my specific needs?

1. Provide Pulp Sample: Please send us your pulp sample (or we can source similar pulp locally).
2. Share Requirements: Inform us of your production details (e.g., paper machine type, current issues) and your quality targets.
3. R&D & Simulation: Our R&D team will analyze your pulp and conduct Customer Simulation Testing in our lab.
4. Solution Delivery: We will formulate the optimal chemical solution and send you samples for verification.

How do you ensure the product matches my production line?

We have a professional R&D team and a fully equipped lab. Before mass production, we perform Customer Simulation Testing (pilot-scale testing) to replicate your specific process conditions, ensuring the product works perfectly in your mill.

How do you package your liquid chemicals?

We use 1MT IBC Totes (1000L), 200L Plastic Drums o Flexibags. We can also customize packaging according to your requirements.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For standard products, the MOQ is 1 Metric Ton. For special formulations, please contact us for details.

Can I get a free sample for testing?

Yes, we are happy to provide free samples (usually 1kg) for quality evaluation. You only need to cover the courier cost, or we can send it via your DHL/FedEx account. We will credit the shipping cost back to you when you place your first order.

What is your quality control process?

Quality is strictly controlled through every stage: from raw material inspection to Lab Analysis before shipment. We also have a strict Sample Retention policy (samples kept for 3 months) for full traceability.
