Product Description
1. Main Purpose:
Cationic Flocculant Powders have a strong flocculation and sedimentation effect on various suspended particles in aqueous medium, especially those solutions with negative charges. Cationic Flocculant Powders exhibits positive electricity in acidic or alkaline media. Cationic Flocculant Powders will have a lower molecular weight than anionic or non-ionic flocculants. Its performance to clean sewage is mainly obtained through charge neutralization. The function of Cationic Flocculant Powder is mainly to flocculate with negative charge, and has the functions of removing turbidity and decoloring. Cationic Flocculant Powders are suitable for high-speed centrifuges, belt filter presses, plate and frame filter presses and other special sludge dewatering machinery. It can also be used in liquids such as hydrochloric acid and medium concentration sulfuric acid to separate and purify the suspended substances contained in them.

3. Performance Characteristics:
Cationic Flocculant Powders is widely used in municipal sewage treatment plants, breweries, food plants, tanneries, paper mills, petrochemical plants, oil fields, metallurgy, chemical industry and cosmetics and other sludge dewatering treatment.
4. Use Concentration
1. Choose 3-4 suitable samples of Cationic Flocculant Powder according to applications.
2. Making the 0.1%-0.5% concentration solution. Means adding 0.1g-0.5g Cationic Flocculant Powder into 100mL-500mL of water.
3. Stir for 60 minutes until completely dissolved.
4. Adding the solution into the sewage when the particles are completely dissolved.
