Product introduction // Product introduction JH-1201 new wet strength agent is a cationic polyamide epichlorohydrin polymer, which can quickly and effectively adsorb and retain negatively charged pulp fibers, and generate thermosetting chemical in the dryer section of the paper machine. The reaction produces strong chemical bonds that give the paper the desired wet strength properties. The main feature of this product is that it is easily absorbed by fibers and can be aged under neutral or alkaline conditions. This product can be widely used in decorative base paper, coated paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical and sanitary paper and other paper types that require wet strength performance.

Instructions

1. The general dosage is: 5-30kg/ton of dry pulp. (The amount can also be added according to paper requirements)

2. Continuously add the measured wet strength agent into the high-level box or pulp stabilization box with a metering pump, and then make paper on the machine.

3. This product has high reactivity under neutral alkaline conditions, so it should be used under medium and alkaline papermaking conditions.
