1. Mineral oil Deformer Characteristics:

It can quickly remove foams and long-term suppress foams in the condition of medium-high temperature and strong alkaline. With the advantages of high content, good water-solubility, no oil floating, strong acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance( 60~130℃), this defoamer is compatible to the top brand defoamer on market.

4. Usage tips:

4.1 Defoamer has excellent elimination and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is produced or added as a foam inhibiting component. The defoaming agent can be added in an amount of 10~100ppm. The optimal dosage is tested by the customer according to the specific conditions.
4.2 Defoamer products can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution.

5. Packing and storage:

Packed in 50kgs,200kgs drums or 1000kgs IBC tanks. Storage temperature be 0-30’C, away from heating source or sun exposure. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid harmful bacterial contamination.
If it is layered for a long time, stir it evenly, generally it will not affect the use effect. This product will freeze below 0’C. If it freezes, it will be used after melting and stirring, which will not affect the effect.
