1.  Surface Sizing Agent(JH-AKD200)Brief Introduction
 
With the development of paper-making industry,the traditional sizing way which include both internal and surface sizing will be replaced by the surface sizing. .JH-AKD200 is developed via our years efforts.It is co-polymerized by polymer emulsion and kinds of cationic raw materials via special process.It can completely replace the internal sizing agent,reduce the sizing cost greatly,shorten the gelatinization time,increase the paper surface strength and have better water-resistance.It is widely used in the production of cultural paper,corrugated paper of high strength,paper board and etc with wooden pulps,straw pulps,bamboo pulps and waste water pulps
 

3. Akd Surface Sizing Characteristics
 
3.1 To effectively increase the paper surface strength,shorten the gelatinization time so as to decrease the production cost.
3.2 To complete replace internal sizing agent and have better water-resistance
3.3 To increase the life span of foamer wires and blanket.The involved washing period is also prolonged.
3.4 It has better mechanical stability and there will be less foams during the operation process.

4. Akd Surface Sizing Dosage&Application tip

4.1 Dosage:3kg to 8kg for per mt of paper
4.2 To add JH-AKD200 into gel tanks after the temperature of gelatinizated starch decreased below 65 ºC.The mixer can be used directly in the next sizing process.It can also be added into gel pipes via meter pumps.
5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package can be 200 Liters or 1000Liters drums.It should be stored inn cold place with temperature between 4 ºC to 30 ºC.To avoid frozen and sunshine.The shelf lift time is around 6 months.
