JH-WH300 Anionic surface sizing agent is a new type of surface sizing agent that synthesized by the copolymerization of styrene and ester.It can efficiently combinate with starch result good cross link intensity and hydrophobic properties.With lower dosage,lower cost and easy use advantages,it has good film-forming property which can significantly improve the water-resistance and ring-crush strength of culture paper such as offset printing paper and electro-photographic paper.

3.3 It has better mechanical stability and there will be less foams during the operation process.

4. Dosage&Application tips:

4.1 Dosage:2kg to 3kg per mt of paper.
4.2 To add JH-WH300 into gel tanks after the temperature of gelatinizated starch decreased below 70 ℃.The mixer can be used directly in the next sizing process.It can also be added into gel pipes via meter pumps.

5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package can be 200Liters or 1000Liters drums.It should be stored in cold place with temperature between 4℃ and 30 ℃.To avoid frozen and sunshine.The shelf life time is 6 months.
