1. Sizing Agent Brief Introduction:

Surface Sizing agent for Size Press & Film Press to improve print-ability & coating hold out.JH-TB500 is one of our new-developed product who  copolymerize by  styrene,acrylate,cationic monomer and kinds of macromolecular raw materials via special production process.It is less dependent on Aluminium Sulfate.It can increase the cross-linking and  hydrophobicity of starch layer via being combined with starch effectively.It is of less additive quality,lower cost,better performance,easier operation.It is widely used in corrugated paper,cardboard paper,white board,kraft paper and etc.

3.1 JH-TB 500 is less dependent on Aluminium Sulfate. Less or no Aluminium Sulfate is needed after adding JH-TN500 during sizing process.

3.2 It can dramatically increase the water resistance&RCT of corrugated paper and cardboard paper.

3.3 It can completely replace the pulp sizing agent,does not need curing period and does not get damp easily.

3.4 It can reduce the sizing cost via using together with native starch.

3.5 It have better mechanical property and less foams during the production process.

4. Dosage&Usage tips

4.1 Dosage:0.5kg to 2 kg per mt of paper.

4.2 To add JH-TB500 slowly into mixing tank with ready gelatinized starch whose temperature decreased to  75°C after gelatinization process.The mixer can be used after even stirring. Or add into gelatinized starch directly with  metering pump before the starch is used in sizing machine.

5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200 Liters plastic drum or 1000 Liters IBC drums or as per clients’ requests.

It should be stored in place with temperature of 4℃to 30 ℃.And avoid frozen or sunshine environment.The shelf life time is 12 months.
