1. Bactericide Product Features and Uses:

1.1Brief Introduction

It is widely used in the production of paper pulps&paper-making coatings;in the production of inside-wall and outside-wall coating;in the waste-water treatment;in the industrial cooling water system.;in the textile industry.It can be directly added in the paper coating process.It can also be used in the pulp system of paper-making process so that it can effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction ,avoid the pulp mildew and etc.

1.2.Characteristics

JH-8909B is a kind of non-oxidizing bactericide.It matches well with other emulsions and surfactants on working conditions.It does not include formaldehyde.It is con-solute with water and low molecular alcohol.

It can effectively inhibit kinds of bacterium,fungus.It can inhibit and kill kinds of bacterium effectively.

1.3.Composition:

5-Chloro-2-Methyl-4-Isothiazolin-3-one(CIT),2-Methyl-4-Isothiazolin-3-one(MIT).

3. Dosage and application tips:　

The dosage can be adjust as per colony-forming units,climates,water qualities,raw materials. The suggested working concentration is usually 0.5-5‰.The actual dosage can be up to the microbiology test result.

For system include more protein,starch,paste,CMC,Poly Vinyl Alcohol(PVA),the dosage can be 2-5‰.The actual dosage can be up to the microbiology test result.It can be 0.5-5‰ in industrial paper making pulp and paper coating.　

4. Notes:　

It is suggested to use in the system whose PHH is 2-9.It can be added into the system and stirred evenly below the temperature of 50 ℃.The actual dosage is also up to the pollution degree by microbes.To avoid contacting with iron and aluminium so that its activity will not be influenced.It can match with emulsions and proteins of kinds of ions.Alkaline system will lead it to inactivation. 　

5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200Liters or 1000Liters drum or as per clients’ requests.It should be stored in cold and dry place without sunshine.It is unhazardous.

6. Instructions:

6.1 the goods in proportion to the temperature of 30-200 times the temperature dilution, diluted with a high-pressure pump directly on the surface of the dryer or add to the pool can be used, can also be used to uniformly apply the measuring roller dryer surface.
6.2 the amount of general is: 0.1-0.3kg / ton dry pulp, but also according to the specific divisions as appropriate increase or decrease.
7. Packaging and storage:

50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum. Store in a cool place to avoid freezing and exposure.
Shelf life: 12 months.
