JH-1218 Cationic wax emulsion

1. Anionic wax emulsion product features and uses:

The main components of JH-1218 include synthesis wax,natural wax,cationic polymer and other active ingredient.It is used in internal sizing.After adding JH-1218 as international sizing,the sizing degree and softness of paper will be improved dramatically.The paper glossiness will also become soft and natural while the feel will be better.The water-resistence will be also improved.

3. use:

This product can be widely used in a variety of paper and cardboard, if the bag paper, printing and wrapping paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, cable packaging paper. Generally used as a pulp to add, usually with rosin glue used in conjunction with neutral sizing agent can also be used for neutral sizing.

4. Fourth, use:

For the addition of pulp, the amount of the product is 0.8-1.2%, rosin glue 0.8%, aluminum sulfate 4%, slurry PH value of 4.5-5.0, net PH value should be less than 5.5.

5. Packaging and storage:

Packed in 200kg plastic drum, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage period: 6 months.
