1. Cationic dispersed rosin size product features and uses:
JH-1518 Cationic Dispersed Rosin Size adopt the international advanced high pressure homogenization technology, emulsion particle size uniformity, good stability, easy to keep and distribution.

3. Functional

Cationic dispersed rosin itself has a positive charge, self retentionto the paper pulp, reduce the demand of aluminum sulfate, used in a broad range of pH and near neutral (4.5-6.5) conditions, less quantity of glue, and strong durability of finished paper, high strength of paper, and reduce the pollution load and corrosion of the equipment, less copper mesh and blanket pollution , less foam. In the summer, there is no glue barrier, and the operation stability of paper machine is improved.

4. Usage method:

Can be used directly, or can be used with water dilution 3-5 times,suggest to add some to pump, continuously adding with metering pumps, or together with aluminum sulfate in pressure sieve, adding amount is 0.5-1.5% of absolute dry fiber. Aluminum sulfate and other retention agent can be added in the same location or in the mixing tank, paper machine pulp pool. Keep sizing PH 5-6.5.

5. Package and storage:

This product should be placed in dry, ventilated, cool place, antifreeze, sunscreen.

200kg per drum or 1000kg IBC drum
