1. Deinking Agent Brief Introduction:

FDJH-9801 is a surfactant type deinking agent. It has excellent biodegradability and it is appropriate for FLOTATION SYSTEM. It is effective for the deinking of ONP.

Collects ink effectively as a lot of foams are generated in the FLOTATION PROCESS.
Improves whiteness as the surfactant used penetrates into the PULP and decomposes ink effectively.
Prevents yellowing as its pH is neutral.
Reduces load to the wastewater treatment center as it is SOFT TYPE

2. Characteristics

2.1 FDJH-9801 can be applied in any kinds of ink.The dosage is only as little as 1 to 2 kg per mt of waste paper.It can decrease the deinking cost dramatically,get higher fiber yield,less paper dusts,higher whiteness.The paper quality will be improved greatly.

2.2 It has medium foam during the flotation process and easy to use.It can be added continuously before flotation cells.It is environment-friendly because of less pollution to the resulted waste water.

2.3 It has better deinking effect and higher cost performance than the imported similar products.

4. Usage&Application

4.1 Dosage:1kg to 2 kg per mt of waste paper.
4.2 Pulping temperature:50℃-80℃
4.3 Pulping PH:10-10.5
It is easy ti use and can be add into flotation cells directly or be added continuously before flotation cells

5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200 Liters plastic drum or 1000 Liters IBC drums and should be stored in dry place with better ventilation.The stratification,precipitation or color change resulted from too low temperature will not influence the normal application. The shelf life time is 12 months.
