1. Dryer stripping agent Characteristcs&Functions

JH-7301 can be widely used in the production of writing paper,two-sided offset paper,toilet paper,light weight paper,aluminum foil backing paper,corrugating medium,linerboard paper,fruit cultivating bag paper and etc.

Its advantages are as below:

1.1To settle the dryer problem during paper-making process completely,to keep the paper-making system clean so as to get paper without grease spots.Can achieve better stripping,lubricating and glosing.

1.2To decrease the possibility of paper breaking,anti-dropping and paper off powder.The paper smoothness and gloss can be increased greatly while will not influence the paper strength and finished paper quality.Accordingly,the dryer scraper will be lubricated thus its life span is also increased.

1.3 Less dosage,easier operation and better price advantage over same products of another country origins.

3.  Main reasons that lead to sticky dryer

3.1 Dryer sticky or pasty situation because of residual ink from uncompleted deinking or other impurities.

3.2 Because of the cation starch which was used to increase the paper strength.

3.3 The uncompleted removed fines and tree gums.

3.4 Sticky dryer from improper usage of dispersant,wet-strength agent,dry-strength agent.

3.5 Higher resin concentration of pulps is another reason of sticky dryer.The higher resin concentration is mainly from too large specific pressure during the pulp-grinding process and too high heating temperature esp pulp of China origin.

4. Dosage&Usage tips

4.1 To add JH-7301 into dilution tanks via metering pump.To dilute JH-7301 as per dosage with soft water at room temperature.To spray the diluted liquid onto the dryer surface via high-pressure pump.Or apply the diluted liquid onto the dryer surface evenly with metering roll.

4.2 Dosage:0.3kg to 1.0 kg per mt paper(or as per the dryer stripping situation).

5. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200 Liters plastic drum or 1000 Liters IBC drums or as per clients’ requests.

It should be stored in dry place with better ventilation.The shelf life time is 12 months.
