1.Stiffness Agent(JHTF-07) Brief Introduction
JHTF-07 stiffness agent is one of our patented products.It is non-toxic,free from corrosion,non - volatile, nonionic polymer&complexes.Because of its wire structure and bridging factor,it can disperse and fill the fibers and their chemical medium to the utmost extent.It also can stabilize the medium so that the pulp fibers can form stably stereo wire-structure.Accordingly,it will increase the paper stiffness,smoothness,crushing strength,drainability.It can also attract the nil fibers to reduce the dropping and shedding so as to increase the paper surface strength.

3. Application effects

3.1 To increase the stiffness by 20% to 30%.

3.2 To increase the RCT by 15% to 25%.
3.3 To increase the crushing strength by 10% to 15%.

3.4 To increase the smoothness of paper and paper board by 15% to 20%.
3.5 To effectively improve the paper making environment.To reduce stickiness of cylinders or rolls.To improve the surface strength of paper and paper board.

3.6 To reduce the gas consuming of drying process.

4. Application areas

It is widely used in the production of paper board,corrugated paper,white board paper,cultural paper,drawing paper,cup paper,map paper,computer or meter recording paper,tissue paper,up-level napkin,once-molded paper products and papers need high stiffness.

5. Dosage and application tips

5.1 Dosage:3kg to 8 kg for per mt of absolute dry pulp

5.2 To add onto pool of mixing or mixed pulps.It can also be added continuously.It can be diluted into solution of 5 to 10 times.Priority will be given to JHTH-07 if other additives are also used.The mixer can be used in the production process after JHTH-07 was mixed together with fibers.

6. Package&Shelf life time

The package can be 200 Liters or 1000Liters drums.The shelf life time is 12 months.
