1. Surface Sizing Agent Brief Introduction:

JH-611 cationic surface sizing agent is a high-efficiency cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymerized by styrene, acrylic esters and a variety of polymer materials through a special process. This product can be effectively combined with starch, giving starch coating a good Cross-linking strength and hydrophobic properties. It has the characteristics of small addition amount, low cost, good sizing effect and convenient use. This product is widely used in corrugated paper, cardboard paper, white board paper, cow cardboard and other paper types.

3.1 In the sizing process, the product has good affinity and retention for fiber; good compatibility and synergistic effect for starch, other additives, and dye;
3.2 Surface sizing agent could significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush strength of cardboard paper and corrugated paper; no aging period and uneasy to get damp
3.3 Surface sizing agent could improve the surface strength and water resistance of paper, which completely replace the internal sizing agent, and more importantly, could improve the damp and back-gluing phenomenon after sizing;
3.4 It has excellent mechanical stability, less bubbles in operating process,so no need of defoamer.
3.5 It can be used with the original starch, reducing the production cost. Product is small amount to add, low cost and convenient to use, could get remarkable sizing effect.

4. Dosage&Usage tips
4.1 Dosage:1kg to 2kg per mt of paper
4.2 To add JH-611 directly and slowly into mixing tank after the temperature of gelatinized starch decrease to 75℃.It can be used in sizing machine after it is evenly stirred.It can also be added contentiously via meter pulp into starch before the gelatinized starch is used in sizing machine.
5. Package&Storage
The package is 200Liters or 1000Liters IBC drums.It should be stored in cool place.And avoid frozen or sunshine environment.The shelf life time is 6 months.
