1. Anionic wax emulsion product features and uses:

Wax emulsions provide a useful means of delivering wax to a product. Wax emulsions are used in the manufacture of paper, paperboard and boxboard. It is also used in the production of insulating board, hardboard and particleboard in the building products industry. Wax emulsions are used to coat the surfaces of fruits to reduce moisture loss, extend storage life, impart gloss and protect the fruit from decay.The main components of this product is synthetic wax, natural wax and anionic polymer, supplemented by other active ingredients. For the pulp within the sizing, the use of paper after the sizing and softness has improved significantly, soft and natural gloss, feel moist. Water resistance improved significantly.

3. use:

This product can be widely used in a variety of paper and cardboard, if the bag paper, printing and wrapping paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, cable packaging paper. Generally used as a pulp to add, usually with rosin glue used in conjunction with neutral sizing agent can also be used for neutral sizing.

4. Fourth, use:

For the addition of pulp, the amount of the product is 0.8-1.2%, rosin glue 0.8%, aluminum sulfate 4%, slurry PH value of 4.5-5.0, net PH value should be less than 5.5.

5. Packaging and storage:

Packed in 200kg plastic drum, stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage period: 6 months.
