1. Defoamer Brief Introduction

JH-902 is a kind of defoamer aiming at foamers that are difficult to eliminate after the sizing process.It is of better dispersion&water solubility,will not block nets,will not result in grease spots or silicate spots,of better defoaming effect,of higher chemical stability,heat resistance& resistance to oxidation.And it will not adverse react with other paper making additives.

3. Dosage&Application tips:

To add JH-902 before sizing agent&related additives of sizing process. The dosage is 0.1kg to 1kg for each mt of paper.It can also be diluted with water as per ratio 1:5(JH-902 liquid:water) then add as per foams situation.

4.Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200Liters or 1000Liters drum or as per clients’requests.It should be stored in cold&dry place and avoid sunshine with temperature between 5℃-30℃.The shelf life time is around 6 months.The slight stratification or thickening resulted from too low temperature will not influence the normal application after it is evenly stirred.
