Description:

The decoloring agent is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer compound, which belongs to the flocculation and decolorization water treatment agent, and has the functions of decolorization, flocculation, and COD reduction.

Features:

1. The decolorizing flocculant is easy to dissolve in water, and can form multi-nuclear complexes to aggregate colloidal particles and particulate suspended substances in water to grow together to form flocs with large volume, high density and fast settling;

2. In water treatment, the pH range of the decolorizing flocculant to the raw water is wide (PH7-10), and it is most suitable for slightly alkaline;

3. The decolorizing flocculant has no corrosive effect on pipeline equipment, and has a high removal rate of sewage chroma, SS, COD, and BOD, and the treated wastewater can meet the national discharge standard;

4. The decolorizing flocculant has no suspended solids or sediment, and will not block the dosing equipment and pipelines. It can be directly added to the original liquid for wastewater treatment without secondary pollution;

5. Decolorizing flocculant produces flocs with high density and less sludge.

Application range:

1. Mainly used for the treatment of industrial wastewater such as textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking, pigments, mining, ink, slaughter, landfill leachate, etc.;

2. It can also be used for the decolorization treatment of high-chroma wastewater from dye plants, which can be applied to reactive and acidic wastewater. And disperse dyes and other wastewater treatment;

3. It can also be used for the treatment of intermediate wastewater such as pharmaceutical intermediates and pesticide intermediates.

Usage and precautions:

1. Dilute this product with 10-50 times the amount of water, then directly add it to water, stir for a few minutes and then settle or float to obtain the decolorized clear liquid;

2. Adjusting the pH value of wastewater to 7-10 can improve the treatment effect;

3. When the chroma and COD of the wastewater are high, it can be used with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed. This can reduce the processing cost, and whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later, it should be determined according to the test and the processing technology.

Packaging and storage:

1. Packaging: 1000kg IBC drum, other packaging needs to be customized in advance.

2. Storage: The recommended storage temperature is 0-30℃, and it should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose to the sun. The validity period is 12 months.
