1. Brief Introduction

AKD Alkyl Ketene Dimer Agent is copolymerized by polymer emulsion and kinds of cationic raw materials via special process.It can completely replace the internal sizing agent,reduce the sizing cost greatly,shorten the gelatinization time,increase the paper surface strength and have better water-resistance.It is widely used in the production of cultural paper,corrugated paper of high strength,paper board and etc with wooden pulps,straw pulps,bamboo pulps and waste water pulps.

3. Dosage&Application tip
3.1 Dosage:3kg to 8kg for per mt of paper
3.2 To add JH-AKD200 into gel tanks after the temperature of gelatinizated starch decreased below 65 ℃.The mixer can be used directly in the next sizing process.It can also be added into gel pipes via meter pumps.
4. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:
The package can be 200 Liters or 1000Liters drums.It should be stored inn cold place with temperature between 4 ℃ to 30 ℃.To avoid frozen and sunshine.The shelf lift time is around 6 months.
