Cationic Styrene Acrylic Surface Sizing Agent JH-611

Brief Introduction:

Jinhao offers a full range of sizing agents for paper and paperboard manufacturing. Our internal sizing agents come in a number of chemical compositions including alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) size, alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) size, rosin and wax size to provide superior hydrophobicity, retention and distribution in acid, neutral or alkaline sizing environments. Jinhao surface sizing agents includes a variety of wax and latex emulsion based products that improve the printing characteristics, water resistance and oil resistance of papers.Jinhao product line includes surface and internal sizing chemistries to help papermakers improve water holdout, printing properties and fluid repellency. JH-611 is a kind of effective cationic styrene acrylic emulsion that co-polymerized by styrene,acrylate&kinds of polymers via special production process.It can be effectively matched with starch and let starch layer perform better in cross-linking strength and hydrophobicity.Less dosage,lower-cost,better surface sizing effect and convenience are main characteristics of JH-611.It is widely used in the production of corrugated paper ,paperboard,white board paper,craft paper and etc

Characteristics:

1To improve the water-resistance&RCT significantly of corrugated paper,paperboard and etc.

2 To totally replace internal sizing agent,no need aging process and will not let paper get damp. 3Can be used together with starch so as to decrease the sizing cost. 4Have better mechanical stability and less resulted foams during production process.

Dosage&Usage tips

1Dosage:1kg to 2kg per mt of paper 2 To add JH-611 directly and slowly into mixing tank after the temperature of gelatinized starch decrease to 75℃.It can be used in sizing machine after it is evenly stirred.It can also be added contentiously via meter pulp into starch before the gelatinized starch is used in sizing machine.
