This product is made of a variety of cationic materials and synergists that are cross-linked and polymerized by a special emulsification process. It can replace internal sizing agents, greatly reduce the cost of sizing, shorten the curing time, significantly improve the surface strength of the paper, and has excellent water resistance. This product is widely used in medium and high-grade cultural paper and packaging paper produced from wood pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper pulp and other pulp species.2. Performance characteristics 1. Significantly improves the surface strength of paper and has excellent water resistance. 2. It can replace 30-50% or completely replace the use of sizing agent in pulp, clean the system, reduce production cost and shorten curing time. 3. To a certain extent, the service life of the forming net and felt is prolonged, and the cleaning cycle is prolonged. 4. How to use 1. Dosage: 3-6kg/ton of paper. 2. When using, when the gelatinized starch glue is cooled to below 65°C, add the original solution of this product into the starch glue tank, stir evenly, and then apply glue on the machine; or use a metering pump to add starch glue The supply line is continuously added.
Packaging and storage 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum, store in a cool place (5-30°C), avoid freezing and sun exposure. Storage period: 3 months
