1. Brief Introduction:
JH-1216 series dry strength agent is a new type of product developed by our company. This product is amphoteric, which can be directly adsorbed on pulp fibers, and form a network of ionic bonds through the combination of ions to improve the bonding strength between fibers. Improve the paper's physical indicators such as bursting resistance, folding resistance, tensile strength, and flat pressing strength. This product is widely used in container board paper, bobbin paper, white cardboard, coated base paper, cup paper, special paper, cultural paper, household paper and other paper.

3.Characteristics:
3.1 It can significantly improve the bursting strength, folding strength, flat crushing strength of board paper, and the tensile strength and stiffness of special paper and culture paper and other physical indicators.
3.2 Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, improve water filtration performance, increase production efficiency, and reduce costs.
3.3 The residual amount of acrylamide monomer is less than 0.001%, meeting the requirements of food-grade packaging paper for trace element residues.
4. Usage&Application tips
4.1 Suggested dosage:3kg to 10 kg per mt of paper or as per client’s requests.
4.2 To dilute JH-1216 with clean water into 10 to 30 times solution.To add JH-1216 slowly with stirring into clean water(Considering the too high viscosity of JH-1216,pls do not add the needed qty of JH-1216 once).Add rest needed water when JH-1216 is completely diluted in the solution).
4.3 To add JH-1216 at the place where it can be mixed thoroughly with pulps.It can be added into mixing pools, head bands or fan pumps.
5. Package&Shelf life time:
The package cab be 50Liters,200Liters,1000Liters drums. The shelf life time is around 6 months.
