Wet Strength Resin JH-1201 Can Improve The Binding Strength Between Fibers And Reduce Paper Surface’s electrical charge

Brief Introduction:

Wet paper strength resins can improve the binding strength between fibers and reduce paper surface’s electrical charge. At the same time, they can improve absorption of the long fibers and thereby enhancing paper’s wet strength and drainage. Wet paper strength resins also prevent pilling or the generation of fine particles on the paper surface. They are widely used in household paper products, such as napkin, make-up remover wipes, paper towel, and special paper. JH-1201 is a kind of cationic polymer made by polyamide & epichlorhydrin. It can be retention via effectively being attracted by pulps with negative charges at fast speed. The thermosetting chemical reaction will be resulted in at the dry section of dryer. The high wet strength of paper is from the stable chemical binding. JH-1201 is easily absorbed by fibers and can be gelatinized at medium or alkaline conditions. It is widely used in papers that need higher wet strength, such as tissues paper, decoration base paper, coated paper, map paper, food package paper, fruit bag paper, medical paper.

Dosage&Usage tips

1) Dosage: 5kg to 30 kg for each MT of absolute dry pulp(or as per paper sheet situation). 2) It can be used in paper making after adding into head box continuously via meter pump.

3) It performs best at neutral and alkaline conditions.
