Applications:

Method of Addition:
Dilute the treatment chemical with a metering pump and then continuously add it after the injection pump for sludge. The recommended initial dosage ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 kg per ton of paper. The dosage can be adjusted over time depending on variations in sludge concentration and performance indicators.

Position for Sludge Addition:
The ideal locations for adding the sludge treatment chemical are either before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of the slurry pump.

Range of Sludge Addition:
It is recommended to add between 10 and 50 kg of the treatment chemical per ton of paper produced.
