This enhances the consistency and filtration efficiency of the paper, decreases impurities, reduces the white water concentration, prolongs the felt's lifespan, and eases the environmental burden of sewage treatment.

This product is suitable for various applications including corrugated paper, boxboard paper, cardstock paper, and more.

Applications:

Method of Addition: Dilute the treatment with a metering pump and introduce it continuously following the sludge injection pump. The recommended initial dosage ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 kg per ton of paper. Adjust the dosage incrementally based on variations in sludge concentration and performance indicators.

Position for Sludge Addition: Preferably before the slurry mixer or at the entry point of the slurry pump.

Range of Sludge Addition: The amount of sludge to be added generally falls between 10 and 50 kg per ton of paper manufactured.
