Product Description:

The JHWB-1320 possesses outstanding flow and dispersion properties, allowing it to thoroughly mix and adsorb sludge efficiently. The resulting cationic floccules rapidly bridge the gaps between fresh fibers. This enhances the uniformity and filtration efficiency of the paper, decreases impurities, reduces the concentration of white water, prolongs the felt's lifespan, and eases the environmental burden of sewage treatment.

This product is versatile and can be used in a variety of paper types such as corrugated paper, boxboard paper, and cardstock paper, among others.

Applications:

Method of Addition: Dilute with a metering pump and add continuously after the sludge injection pump. The initial dosage is 0.2-0.8 kg/T of paper. The dosage can be gradually adjusted according to the changes in sludge concentration and indicators.

Position for Adding Sludge: Before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of slurry pump.

The Range of Sludge Addition: 10 - 50 kg per ton of paper.
