1. Dry strength agent Brief Introduction:
Paper strength chemicals is in the original dry strength Resin, based on imported raw materials, research and production of new paper dry strength agent, the product of zwitterionic type, can be directly adsorbed onto the pulp fibers through the combination of ions the formation of ionic bonds, improving the bonding strength between fibers, thus effectively improving the paper dry strength, breaking length, bursting strength, ring crush strength, peel strength and other physical indicators. Products are widely used in packaging paper, fine paper, tissue and other paper papermaking
JH-1216 is improved based on our original dry strength agent and it adopts the most advanced technology and overseas raw materials.It is the copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acids, using polymer mesh structure to increase hydrogen bonding number in the mutual area of fiber to fiber. Its combination area of long chain polymers can be deformed, thus increasing the bond toughness. It could improve the tensile strength, stiffness, ring-crush strength, bursting strength, folding endurance and other physical indexes.

3. Characteristics:
3.1 To improve bust strength, tear strength, wax pick values, folding endurance, stiffness, machine runability, increase levels of paper filler uses etc.
3.2 To increase the retention of fine fibers and fillers.
To improve the drainability.To increase the production efficiency and decrease the cost so as to increase economic benefits.
4. Usage&Application tips
4.1 Suggested dosage:3kg to 10 kg per mt of paper or as per client’s requests.
4.2 To dilute JH-1216 with clean water into 10 to 30 times solution.To add JH-1216 slowly with stirring into clean water(Considering the too high viscosity of JH-1216,pls do not add the needed qty of JH-1216 once).Add rest needed water when JH-1216 is completely diluted in the solution).
4.3 To add JH-1216 at the place where it can be mixed thoroughly with pulps.It can be added into mixing pools, head bands or fan pumps.
5.Package&Shelf life time:
The package cab be 50Liters,200Liters,1000Liters drums. The shelf life time is around 6 months.
