1. Deinking agent Descriptions:

Deinking agent is an effective ink removal for waste paper developed by our R&D team according to features of wastepaper ink. Designed by special formulation, it is made from raw material like imported ink seperating agent, trapping agent, emulsifier, complexant and special enzyme preparation, etc. Deinking for wastepaper from Amecian, European, Japanese and Chinese are all among the application scope.

2. Advantages:

To create recycled pulp from waste paper, waste paper is pulverized in water. If de-inking is required, a de-inking agent is used to separate and remove the ink from the pulp. Ink can be removed through a method known as flotation, in which the ink is first changed into fine particulates that are then dispersed. The ink particles are then adsorbed onto the surfaces of air bubbles in a foam that is separated from the pulp for efficient de-inking in a process . De-inked pulp is cleaned and bleached, if necessary, to become recycled pulp, which is known as de-inked pulp. This de-inked pulp, together with wood pulp, is recycled into various types of paper including newsprint paper, copier paper, and recycled tissue paper. In addition, the discharged foam that adsorbed the ink must be returned to a liquid state by foam breaking for the next stage of processing. An excellent de-inking agent must excel in foaming and also in returning to liquid state by foam breaking. FDJH-9802 has contributed to the recycling of waste paper by developing a de-inking agent using derivatives of fatty alcohols and fatty acid through the Kao’s advanced surfactant technology, which has the excellent ability to remove inks from pulp. Combined with excellent ink adsorption to foam and agglutination characteristics of ink particle, excellent foam-breaking characteristics of REJECT.
It can be used in the water of normal temperature.It is easy to use because of solid appearance.The deinking cost is low.The dosage is also small.The resulted pulp whiteness is high and with less dust.It suits any kinds of ink.It is of flotation and detergent functions.The paper whiteness and deinking effect is better than traditional deinking agent.It is environment-friendly because of higher fiber retention and less waste water.FDJH-9802 has better cost performance than deinking agent of Korea,Japan,German and etc.

4. Dosage&Application tips:

The dosage is 1kg to 2 kg for per mt of paper.
It suits any kinds of ink and can be used in USA/EURO/Japan/China waste paper.It is easy to use and of medium foams.It has strong function in collect ink ions and flotation.It can make the ink seperate completely with fibers.It matches well with other chemicals.Shift the original deinking agent into FDJH-9802 is enough,and no need change the original deinking process.

5. Package,Storage and Shelf life time
The package can be 25kg bag or 1000kg jumbo bag.It should be stored in cold place with better ventilation.The shelf life time is around 12 months.
