1. Brief Introduction:
JH-1216 paper dry strength agent is a new type of papermaking dry strength agent developed and produced by our company on the basis of the original dry strength agent using the latest technology and imported raw materials. The combination of ionic bond forms an ionic bond, which improves the bonding strength between fibers, thereby effectively improving the paper’s dry strength, fracture length, burst resistance, ring compressive strength, peel strength and other physical indicators. The products are widely used in the paper making of packaging paper, cultural paper, household paper and other papers.

Dry (internal) strength agent/Resin are multifunctional chemicals which are widely used both to enhance paper / paperboard strength such as bursting, compressing, tensile, and internal bond strength etc. and to improve drainage and retention of fiber, fines and filler.

3.Characteristics:
3.1To improve bust strength, tear strength, wax pick values, folding endurance, stiffness, machine runability, increase levels of paper filler uses etc.
3.2 To increase the retention of fine fibers and fillers.

To improve the drainability.To increase the production efficiency and decrease the cost so as to increase economic benefits.
4.Usage&Application tips
4.1 Suggested dosage:3kg to 10 kg per mt of paper or as per client’s requests.
4.2 To dilute JH-1216 with clean water into 10 to 30 times solution.To add JH-1216 slowly with stirring into clean water(Considering the too high viscosity of JH-1216,pls do not add the needed qty of JH-1216 once).Add rest needed water when JH-1216 is completely diluted in the solution).
4.3To add JH-1216 at the place where it can be mixed thoroughly with pulps.It can be added into mixing pools, head bands or fan pumps.
5.Package&Shelf life time:
