1. JHM-D666 Beating Enzyme Characteristics:

 

The beating enzyme is a high-efficiency enzyme compounded by various enzymes . Under appropriate conditions, the fiber is modified to achieve sufficient water absorption and swelling, and the silk separation, thereby reducing the energy consumption, prolonging the knife service life and improving paper strength.

3. Advantages:

 

3.1 Reduce the energy consumption of the refining section by more than 10%

3.2 Reduce long fiber slurry ratio 5-15%

3.3 Extend the life of the sharpening knife, save costs and increase pulp production

4. Suitable Conditions:

 

Pulp Concentration: 2-10% Enzyme: 50-200ml/t Pulp

PH: 6.0-9.0 Suitable temperature: 30-65’C

5.Precautions:

 

5.1 The specific dosage of this product is determined by the composition of the slurry, the treatment temperature, the pH value and the action time.

5.2 It can be added at a position of about 20-60 minutes before the beating section.

5.3 During the use process, the temperature and pH are kept within the appropriate range, otherwise the enzyme activity will be greatly reduced.

5.4 Try to avoid unnecessary contact with the product, wash your hands with warm water after use.

 

6.Packing and Stroage:

 

Packed in 20kgs drums, or as requested Storage in cool dry place. In 5-20’C temperature, kept for 6 months, the activity will reduce less than 10%; No freesing.
