1. JH-1206 Wet strength dissociation agent Brief Introduction

JH-1206 is widely used in the dissociation of currency paper and other related waste paper that include resin wet strength agent of PAE,MF and UF.It can safely and completely dissociate the water-resistence bondings(covalent bonding and hydrogen bonding).It will settle the problems of waste paper with wet strength and reutilization of secondary fibers.It will not destroy the fiber strength and will not influence the waste paper functions during the secondary paper-making process.It performs well in dissociation of USA waste paper,Euro waste paper and currency paper.

3. Dosage&Application tips:

3.1 Dosage:5kg to 9kg for each mt of wet strength paper.Or as per the resin content of paper.
3.2It can be dropped into the repulping pools.And it will take 30 minutes for paper of common water-resistence.It need more time for paper of higher water-resistence.
3.3It applied to the temperature between 70 ºC to 80ºC.

4. Package,storage&Shelf life time

The package is 25kg or 50kg bag.It should be stored in cold place with better ventilation.To avoid impact,sunshine,heating or organics.The shelf life time is around 6 months.
