1. JHM-D660 Stickies Control Enzyme  Characteristics:

 

This product is a complex enzyme product consisting of a variety of ester enzymes, dispersants, stabilizers and penetrants. It is suitable for paper mills with secondary fiber pulp as raw materials, Mainly by decomposing a large stickies into micro-adhesives, which can be used with other additives to achieve the purpose of removing stickies.

3. Mechanism of Action:

 

Most stickies contain a large number of ester bonds which connect the basic structure of the stickies together, However , ester enzymes can break the ester bonds to make them less sticky and difficult to repolymerize in the system. That is to achieve the purpose of degradation, anti-agglomeration and anti-deposition.

 

4. Usage tips:

 

Enzyme dosage: 100-500nl/t pulp Action time: ≧60min

PH: 5.0-9.0 Temperature: 25-70℃

Adding point: the discharge tank after the pulping, the coarse screening, the storage tank (or the middle concentrated riser), headbox, etc., the specific adding point is determined according to the actual process flow.
