1. JH-5020A AKD Polymer Emulsifier Characteristics and Application

JH-5020A can be added directly into the synthesis process of intermediate products or add into liquid products in appropriate proportions.The dosage can be adjusted for paper-making system with heavy anionic trashes.As pulp potential balance agent,JH-5020A can increase the sizing effect and aging of AKD so as to increase the stability of AKD gel dramatically.It can limit the hydrolysis and migrating of AKD.JH-5020A can be used as antistatic agents for A4 paper,as reinforcing agent&dispersant for cultural paper and dye-fixing agent for colored paper.

3. Dosage&Usage tips

3.1Dosage:10kg to 30 kg per mt of AKD emulsion.

3.2The higher dosage of JH-5020A polymer emulsifier,the better sizing effect there will be.But too higher dosage will lead to localized precipitate of AKD.The shelf life time of AKD emulsion can be longer after adding JH-5020A.

4. Package,Storage&Shelf life time:

The package is 200 Liters plastic drum or 1000 Liters IBC drums or as per clients’ requests.

It should be stored in dry place with better ventilation.And avoid frozen or sunshine environment.The shelf life time is 12 months.
