1. Introduction:
JH-616 is water-based styrene-butadiene copolymer latex, which has impact resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility and is used in the manufacture of sponge rubber, impregnated fibers and fabrics, conveying belts, water based spray adhesive, neoprene systems, repair mortars, two-component ceramic tiles adhesives, cushions and self-leveling lawns can also be directly used as adhesives for cement, gypsum and synthetic marble, etc.

PH: 6-9 (25℃)                                      Viscosity: <200mpa.s (25℃)

Density (Water=1): 1.01±0.02 Tg: -5℃~20℃
 

3. Characteristic:
1) Easy to adjust the formula, and has excellent compatibility and constructability with cement gypsum base.
2) Enhance bonding performance, pressure and flexural resistance, and strong viscosity stability.

4. Application:
It is a copolymer white emulsion polymerized from a variety of polymer monomers. It has excellent stability, high adhesion and film-forming strength, impact resistance, wear resistance and flexibility, and can be widely used in cement. Base marble granite craft, non-woven fabrics, carpets, conveyor belts, latex gloves, impregnated fibers and fabrics, water-based spray adhesives, repair mortars, two-component tile adhesive, underlayment and self-leveling floors, leather, lawn, also available For oil well, natural gas well cementing engineering, etc.

5. Package, Storage & Shelf Life:
The package can be 200Liters, 1000Liters drum or as per clients' requests. It should be stored in cold place. The shelf life time is around 6 months.
