JHD-6400 is a water-based, fluorine-free agent designed to resist high temperatures while providing excellent anti-oil protection. This product serves as a complete alternative to traditional fluorine-containing anti-oil agents, offering a safer and more environmentally friendly option.
With a strong affinity for bonding to fibers, JHD-6400 effectively enhances the oil resistance of pulp molding materials as well as paper and paperboard products. This strong adhesion ensures that treated items maintain superior barrier properties against oily substances.
Products treated with JHD-6400 can effectively prevent the penetration of vegetable oils. Additionally, they are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for a variety of applications that require both oil resistance and heat durability.
